根据日经新闻与东京分析师公司Intellectual Property Landscape联合开展的一项专利申请和披露研究，特斯拉从2003年成立到2022年3月份，一共累积580多项专利。

务实来说，特斯拉所称的“所有专利”只是一个三位数，“属于”也是一个限缩解释，“你们”不是所有人，特斯拉和马斯克的格局有点小。

保护种业知识产权专项整治行动介绍

农业农村部为期半年的保护种业知识产权专项整治行动，严厉打击套牌侵权、制售假劣等违法行为，综合运用法律、经济、技术、行政等多种手段，推行全链条全流程监管，目前各项整治措施正扎实推进，已初步掌握了一批涉嫌违法犯罪线索，立案了一批套牌侵权、制假售假案件，抓获了一批犯罪嫌疑人。

农业农村部通过投诉举报平台直接受理举报线索54件，全国已立案400多件。

浙江省侦破侵犯“甬优”系列水稻新品种权案，抓获犯罪嫌疑人7名，涉案金额157万元；海南省农业农村西甜瓜种子知识产权保护专项执法，立案6起，查扣涉案种子16000余袋，价值300余万元；河北破获特大生产销售伪劣种子案，涉案金额2000余万元；河南破获玉米假种子案，涉案金额300万元。

同时，安徽、内蒙古和甘肃等地，针对哈密瓜品种侵权、小麦“白皮袋种子”、玉米非法制种等案件线索，正在进行严格核查，一经查实，将依法严惩。

农业农村部种子市场检查，强化属地责任，从严打击套牌侵权等违法行为，确保秋季农业生产用种安全。

近日，将派出4个工作组，前往河北、安徽、湖北、贵州等地开展抽查检查，通过明察暗访等形式，推动案件线索查办，确保整治行动各项举措落实落地，加快形成打击假冒伪劣、套牌侵权等违法行为的高压态势，坚决让种业侵权者付出沉重代价。

商标审查协作中心商标审查工作介绍

广州、上海、重庆、济南和郑州商标审查协作中心认真贯彻落实国家知识产权局商标局和地方知识产权部门的部署要求，保障商标审查和服务工作平稳有序开展，2一季度各中心共完成商标注册实质审查109万件，平均审查周期稳定在4个半月以内。

审查职责不缺位。

面对疫情带来的严峻挑战，各中心因地制宜、因情施策，竭尽全力解决审查员返岗困难，做好审查任务统筹，创新业务管理方式，有序推进商标审查工作开展。

广州、济南中心统筹制定审查任务和绩效考核安排，重庆、郑州中心采取分岗位、分批次方式，齐心协力把审查工作的影响降到最低。

同时，各中心积极配合商标局规范商标注册秩序，强化对易产生不良影响的商标注册申请的监测排查，及时上报有关线索，有效形成打击不良商标申请的合力。

贴心办好企业事。

为保障商标业务办理，各中心织密大厅“安全网”，推行业务“网上办”，畅通咨询“远程端”，做好政策“宣传窗”。

广州中心设置先锋岗，接听咨询电话，保持对外咨询服务8小时不中断；采取“电话预约指导+电子材料预审+邮寄材料审核”的新模式，实现“质权登记远程办”，成功办理商标专用权质权登记2起，涉及质押融资金额达1.89亿元。

上海中心安排专人值班，接受商标业务电话咨询，确保商标申请受理工作不打烊；开通商标质押绿色通道，助力企业复工融资，已办结4件质押业务，质押金额10.5亿元。

重庆中心远程连接申请人终端，指导办理商标业务，“零距离”远程受理商标申请175件；解答企业疑问，关注商标审查进程。

济南中心及时发布商标申请办理公告，推行网上办理，安排大厅人员值守，加强对生产和服务有关商标申请的业务指导，确保业务咨询有入口、咨询问题有答案、后续服务有保障。

郑州中心对相关紧急来电来函审查事项，依法依规加紧办理，维护申请人利益。
